Each guide includes step-by-step instructions and real screenshots from the app. Start with guide 1 if you're new.

Create your first event

Set up your first production from scratch — title, date, sport, and location — and publish it to your team.

Invite your crew

Add crew members to your roster and send them one-click invite links so they never need to create an account.

Assign crew to positions

Staff positions on an event, track who confirmed or declined, and fill your roster before game day.

Send notifications

Send bulk crew notifications, schedule automated reminders, and distribute call sheets via email.

Set up workspaces

Organize events by season, client, or project using workspaces, and switch context in one click.

Track assets and gear

Build your equipment inventory, monitor status in real time, and link gear to specific events.
