Assign crew to positions

Navigate to the event you created and click the Assignments tab. You'll see a list of positions — each one needs a crew member assigned before the event is fully staffed. Add as many positions as your production requires.

Click any unassigned position row and search for a crew member by name or skill. CrewdUp shows you who is available and matches the position. Select them, confirm a call time, and the assignment is created — they'll receive an invitation email automatically.

As crew accept or decline, their status updates live on the Assignments tab. Confirmed shows green, Pending shows yellow, and Declined shows red. You can reassign any declined slot immediately from the same view.
