Create your first event
Set up your first production from scratch — title, date, sport, and location — and publish it to your crew in minutes.
Go to Events and click New Event
Navigate to the Events section in the sidebar. At the top right of the page you'll find the New Event button — click it to open the event creation form.
Fill in your event details
Give your event a name, set the date and call time, choose the sport, and add a location. All of these fields can be edited later from the event detail page, so don't worry about getting everything perfect right away.
Review your event detail page
Once created, you'll land on the event detail page. From here you can update any field, add notes, attach assets, and move to the Assignments tab to start staffing positions. The event starts in Draft status until you're ready to share it.
