Track assets and gear
Build your equipment inventory, monitor status in real time, and link gear to specific events so nothing goes missing.
Open Assets and explore your inventory
Click Assets in the sidebar. The overview shows stats across your entire inventory — total items, what's active, what's in the field, and what's in maintenance. The category tabs let you filter by equipment type.
Add a piece of equipment
Click Add Asset and fill in the name, category, serial number, and initial status. You can also add free-text notes. If your category has custom fields defined, those will appear here too.
View asset detail and link it to an event
Click any asset to open its detail page. You can edit any field inline, track the full history of status changes, and link the asset to specific events. When an asset is marked In Field, it automatically shows as unavailable for other assignments.
