Invite your crew
Add crew and talent members to your roster and send them one-click invite links so they never have to sign up for an account.
Open Crew Members from the sidebar
Click Crew Members in the left navigation. This is your team roster — everyone you add here becomes available to assign to events. You'll see their role, skills, and current status at a glance.
Add a crew member and set their details
Click Add Crew and fill in their name, email, phone number, role, and skill tags. Skill tags let you filter by specialty when staffing positions later — so it's worth adding them now.
Their invite link is sent automatically
As soon as you save the crew member, CrewdUp sends them a personal invite link via email. They can accept or decline event assignments directly from their inbox — no account needed. Their status shows as Invite Sent until they join.
