Send notifications
Send bulk crew notifications, schedule automated reminders, and distribute call sheets so your team is never in the dark.
Open the Notifications section
Click Notifications in the sidebar. You'll see a dashboard with delivery stats at the top and a full history of every notification sent — assignments, reminders, tech books, and confirmations — sorted by most recent.
Compose and send a crew notification
Click Send Notification, choose your recipients — all crew on an event, specific members, or a custom list — write your subject and message, and either send immediately or schedule it for a later time.
Track delivery and open rates
After sending, your notification appears at the top of the history with a live status. CrewdUp tracks delivery, opens, and failures so you know exactly who received your message and who may need a follow-up.
