    Why we built CrewdUp

    The team behind CrewdUp spent years on the production side of live sports broadcasting. Every season started the same way — an inherited spreadsheet with stale phone numbers, no confirmation tracking, and no visibility into who had actually seen the call sheet.

    Crew got lost. Positions went unfilled until the morning of. Gear showed up at the wrong venue. And when something went wrong, there was no paper trail to learn from.

    We built CrewdUp to fix that — not as a feature wish list, but as the tool we actually needed on game day.
