A list of every email CrewdUp can send you as crew or talent, what triggers each one, and what you need to do when it arrives.

CrewdUp only emails you when a manager does something that involves you, or when an event you're on is coming up. Adding you to a team's crew list sends nothing: the first email most crew get is an event invitation.

Every email comes from CrewdUp <info@crewdup.com>. Add info@crewdup.com to your contacts so these don't end up in spam. Most event emails are set up so that when you reply, your reply goes to the event's manager.

    Short version

The ones that need an answer are "Event Invitation", "Assignment Updated" and, for talent, "Talent Assignment". Click a button in the email to answer. Everything else is for your information.

    Invitations that need an answer

"Talent Assignment: {event} - {date}"TalentA manager assigns you to an event or gameClick Yes, I can work or Not available.

A new invite or update replaces the links in older emails for that event. Always use the newest one. See respond to an invite.

    Confirmations and approvals

"Interest Update: {event}"CrewA manager declines your raised hand.

"Update on your interest in {event}"TalentA manager declines your raised hand for an event or game.

Only crew get a calendar file, and only in the "Confirmed:" email. Talent never get one. The file is a one-off: it doesn't update if the event changes.

If you click Yes on the same invite again, you get another "Confirmed:" email with a new calendar file.
