The Events page lists every event you can see as cards, upcoming first. Above the list are a search box, a date range and dropdown filters. Managers also get an Event View switch for their own events versus shared ones.
Short version
Go to Events in the sidebar. Type in "Search events...", or narrow the list with the date range and the state, sport, gender, season and level dropdowns. Managers can switch between All Accessible, My Events and Collaborating.
Check your workspace first
The banner at the top says which events you're looking at. With a workspace selected, it names the workspace and says you're seeing events in that workspace only. With none selected, you see events across all workspaces. If an event seems missing, it may be in another workspace. Use Select workspace to change. See create and switch workspaces.
Search
Type in Search events.... It matches the event title, location, type, state, season, sport, gender and level.
Filter by date and details
- Date range: pick a Start Date and an End Date.
- Dropdowns: All States, All Sports, All Genders, All Seasons and All Levels. Each one only lists values that are actually used on your events. If a dropdown is short, fill in those fields on more events. See every event field explained.
- Clear All appears once any dropdown or date is set. It resets those, but not the search box or the Event View.
Event View for managers
Team admins and managers see three buttons, each with a count:
| Button | Shows |
|---|---|
| All Accessible | Every event you can open |
| My Events | Events you own |
| Collaborating | Events someone else owns where you're a collaborator |
On a phone they're labelled All, Mine and Shared. Shared is the same as Collaborating, not a separate list.
Things that can look odd:
- Teammates' events. Managers can see other managers' events on the team, view only. These show in All Accessible but not in My Events or Collaborating.
- Team admins see every team event as "Owner", so Collaborating is always 0 for them.
For sharing events, see share an event with collaborators.
My Status for crew and talent
Crew and talent see My Status instead of Event View: All Events, Available, Interest Pending and Confirmed. Events more than two weeks old are hidden until you click Show past events. Click Hide past events to hide them again.
Reading an event card
Each card shows:
- the title, and an "Owner" tag or a View, Edit or Full tag if it's shared with you
- the event type and Event Status
- for managers, "Visible" or "Hidden", and "Fully Staffed"
- "{filled}/{total} crewed", or a crew count
- the date or date range, start time with the timezone, location, and state, season, sport, gender and level tags
- up to three crew names, then "+{n}"
The time is shown as entered, with the event's timezone label. It isn't converted to your own timezone.
Cards are sorted with upcoming events first, then past ones. The list shows 100 cards at a time. Click Show {n} more at the bottom for the next batch.
Things to know
- There's no list or grid toggle. The Events page is cards only. For a spreadsheet layout, use Table view. For a month or week view, use the calendar.
- The date range isn't exact yet. In US timezones it can leave out events on the start date itself. Pick the day before to be safe.
- Today's events sort with past events at the bottom of the list for now.
